The composition and the underlay values/colors was initially inspired by this dream-like/random image I had in my head.
I painted the underlay with a mouse at first and then tightened up the details with the tablet. I had real fun with this one and I think I'm painting a lot faster now.
My friend says it reminds him of How to Train Your Dragon, and maybe that is because I've seen that movie about 5-6 times now.
